Starting at 3.05 pm ET, customers encountered difficulties accessing the Mailparser application, which subsequently resulted in latency issues across multiple services. Our engineers promptly initiated investigations into the matter. Swiftly, we identified the root cause to be an account-related issue impacting the subsystems responsible for capacity management. By 4.07 pm ET, the problem was successfully resolved, and the system was restored to its operational state. The backlog was subsequently processed in its entirety. We remain vigilant in closely monitoring the situation as we strive to strengthen our failure recovery mechanisms.
